Was a central location. Shuttle service was excellent. Driver helped with luggage. Pool area, grounds, restaurant and buffet breakfast was exceptional. Very clean, tidy, tables cleared quickly. Variety of food was amazing!! A real stand out. Pool was clean, including toilets always clean.

Great. Should have communicated early advising the beach was closed. Otherwise it was brilliant!!!

J’ai passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel au Arch Studio à Langkawi ! Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec un grand sourire et une incroyable gentillesse de la part des réceptionnistes. Leur professionnalisme, leur disponibilité et leur attention constante ont vraiment rendu mon séjour inoubliable. Je tiens à les remercier du fond du cœur : ils représentent à eux seuls l’excellence de l’hospitalité ! L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable, chaque espace est parfaitement entretenu et donne immédiatement une sensation de confort et de bien-être. Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes, bien aménagées et décorées avec goût, offrant tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi tout en profitant d’un cadre hôtelier de qualité supérieure. Tout est pensé pour le confort des clients : des installations pratiques, une atmosphère chaleureuse et un service vraiment attentionné. On ressent que l’équipe met beaucoup de soin et de passion à satisfaire les voyageurs. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent séjourner à Langkawi. We stayed at the Pelang in May 2025 for what we hoped would be a 5 star experience. But it really isn't. The staff are grear but working under no so great conditions!! The owners have really made zero effort to make this a 5 star experience we felt a bit robbed, we spent a fortune for the 4 nights we were there. The rooms were not 5 star!! It needs a upgrade, I feel like I should get a refund! The outside area and pool is really lovely, but there us no air con in the beach facing restaurant and you literally melt as you have your dinner, or birds are flying in!! We raised our concerns with management, but there was nothings they could do, they pacified us with a few snacks on drinks in their vip lounge! All in all not sure we would go back here. Feel sorry for the staff who have to put up aith all the complaints they get!. The developers have just paid zero attention to making this a luxury hotel and just done a few bits here and there to make it look like a luxury hotel for the pictures!! The rooms were basic like a premier inn back in the uk and the ac was filthy and bathroom was awful... would i come again, probably not!!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay here in Langkawi. From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with genuine warmth and made each of us—from our youngest child to the grandparents—feel right at home. Every detail had clearly been thought through in advance, so check-in was seamless and our rooms were perfectly prepared for a family of seven. I truly recommend this property especially for family with kids!
