Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (30 l, freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.

Burići. The villa is situated on a 900 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
