レイクサイドディナーをお願いして　十分なサービスで料理も美味しかったですが　ちょっと暗すぎで料理がしっかり見れなかったのが残念でした。　ゆっくりSPAやプールもありのんびり過ごすのがお勧めです。

悪くは無いと思いますが

最初に通された部屋のバルコニーに出ると近所の農場からと思われる臭いが酷く、二回変更をお願いしてようやく臭いのしない部屋に通されましたがレセプションの女性には嫌な顔をされ印象が良くありませんでした。それ以外は値段なりというところで特に良くも悪くも無いといったところでした。本館の部屋のバルコニーから見る夕方の山あいの景色はなかなか綺麗でした。

快適なホテルライフが楽しめます。

カンダラマ湖の眺めが最高でした。専用ベンチに座って、１日中のんびり過ごしたくなるほど。ただ、２件あるレストランがどちらもイマイチでした。ビュッフェの方はウエイターの方が後ろで、常にウロウロしているのが気になりました。落ち着いて食事ができない感じ。シグニチャーのレストランは、お味がイマイチでした。１日中ホテルで過ごしたいのですが、食の部分では外に出たくなります。

ゆっくり派にオススメ

ゆったりとした時間が流れています。自然と調和した空間の演出が最高。湖から流れる風や鳥の鳴き声で癒されます。

環境は最高だが、サービスに疑問

シギリヤロック、ダンブッラに近いので利用しました。湖のそばで、緑が多く静かな良い環境でしたが、レセプション、レストランのスタッフの対応があまり親切ではなかったのが、残念でした。

Property has only one restaurant. It get crowded quickly. Had wait long for a table, food etc especially hopper stand. Management shd fix this bottleneck

Très bel hotel dans la nature

Belle chambre (villa) située dans un très grand parc au bord du lac. Pleins d animaux, des singes, écureuils, lémuriens, et qqes insectes. Au bord du lac, avec 2 magnifiques piscines. Une belle atmosphère paisible. Le lit est confortable. Le personnel très gentil. Le buffet un peu répétitif mais pour le prix il n y a rien à dire. Les chambres pourraient etre un peu mieux nettoyées, mais nous y avons été très bien. Endroit parfait pour aller visiter Dambulla, Sigirya et Polonaruwa

Property needs better upkeeping. Stayed here after a few years and noticed it has gone down in quality. Pest control wasn’t done, rooms were not very clean, the toilet water kept on running unless you try to flush several times till it stops, tv remote wasn’t working. Staff was helpful but felt they were limited by the resources. Management has to do a better job!

Amazing Hotel

The hotel is really amazing. Perfect place for the family stay. Huge beds, calm area, tree house, swings, and much much more what people with kids will enjoy. When buffet breakfast or dinner offered, it has a big variety of different cousin - European, SriLankan, Indian, etc. Staff was amazing, polite and friendly. Starting from cleaners, and ending with receptionist. Special thanks to staff who served breakfast and dinner. They are amazing. Three nights in this hotel wasn't enough for us. Definitely will return and stay in this hotel again.

Great but remote

Hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly and attentive. But, the hotel really feels like it's in the middle of nowhere. You can't easily get into town. If you want a get away from it all time then I would happily recommend. Otherwise, be aware that you are limited to the resort itself.

Wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay. Spent 3 days here. Good location between Sigiriya and the cave temple in Dambula. Arranged tuk tuk for us. Pool was great, large with a deep end. Food was varied and very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Dejligt hotel ved Cultural Triangle

Et ophold på Amaya Lake er en dejlig oplevelse. Hotellet ligger tæt på Kandalama Vandreservoiret (tank) og midt i naturen. du kommer til at bo i et af de små dobbelthuse der ligger spredt ud i landskabet. Men bare rolig, personalet hjælper gerne med transport med golfvogne fra dit hus hen til pool og restauranter. Hotellet giver en forunderlig stemning af at være ude i naturen, idet hele foyer, bar og restaurant er under et kæmpe tag, med direkte adgang til det fri. Brug bivejen mellem Kimbissa/Dambulla for let at komme til hotellet. Hotellet ligger fint i forhold til besøg i Golden/Rock Temple i Dambulla, Sigiriya og Pollunaruwa. Nyd det!

The hotel is located in very quiet location and surrounded by a nice lake and greenery. Well maintained garden. Excellent place for relaxation. Close to Sigiriya rock and many more.

Family stay with two young children

We stayed in the Superior Room which has a private pool. The whole stay was wonderful. The staff were very attentive and there are golf buggies to ferry you around. The a la cadre was much better than the buffet but the food was still generally good. The swimming pools are excellent.

Het buffet is overweldigend en zeer goed. Sfeer is zeer ontspannen en de natuur op het park is beeldschoon bijgehouden. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk.

Everything good except cleanliness

Excellent service, food was good. however the cleanliness in the bathrooms are far from it. Simple things as soap scum in the shower is very visible and bit of an odor in the bathroom.

Great hotel for a calm peaceful holiday

Great location right on the Kandalama lake. Very easy to find and get to. Was blown away by the peace and quiet of the place. I would definitely visit again. Staff was so nice even the ground staff who were sweeping and cleaning. The room is actually a stand alone building with lots of privacy and really comfortable. Got hot water and Air con which is nice for a hotel so far away from Colombo.

Picturesque hotel on the lake.

This is a really nice hotel. The bungalows are set in lovely grounds overlooking the lake. The bar and dining area has the same view. the rooms were very comfortable and you didn’t have to leave your key in to Jeep the power on. Always a pain if you want to charge devices. Only downside is that because you are out of town you are captive to est at the hotel and the food and drink can Be a bit pricey. Overall though, a great place to stay.

Tropical Calm

A wonderful tranquil setting to retreat to after visiting the many local attractions. It is both a hotel that serves as a base from which local tours can be taken, or a respite from touring to relax by the pool for days at a time. 良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、客室の快適度

Godt velbeliggende hotel

Godt hotel beliggende tæt på løveklippen og nationalparker med elefanter. Mad og drikkevarer var dog relativt dyre. Lidt koldt vand i poolen, særligt når det var overskyet.
