Outstanding! Great stay. Clean, modern, very attentive staff who helped us reserve dinner etc. Excellent breakfast as well (included). Overall it’s the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Japan so far.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff
Spacious clean rooms. Friendly staff. Amazing breakfast included. Amenities such as onset and laundry. Shuttle bus to and from Kanazawa station. Would definitely stay here again!

It's little far if you take a walk to hotel from Kanazawa station but there's a bus we could use only for the people who stay at this hotel so it was not a problem. The quality of hotel was really awesome. It was nice and quiet. The room was comfortable.

Quiet location with good service
Regular shuttle bus makes the hotel as convenient as nearby the train station. Buffet breakfast is with great variety and plentiful. Service is good and staffs are very welcoming. Lounge with free beverage is definitely a plus. Room is clean, spotless, with amenities provided. Parking space is provided free. Coin laundry facility is available despite we did not use during our stay.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. My girlfriend Had a wonderful birthday there. Especially thanks to kazue Nomura, sakurako is hiss and manamei seki for helping me to arrange birthday cake and booking restaurant ..etc Hotel itself is very nice, rooms are comfortable and clean. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, ideal to explore Kanazawa
Great hotel with amazing service, very attentive with welcome tea. They are not in the centre but have frequent complimentary shuttle bus from/to the train station. They also have luggage storage facilities at the station. Good breakfast. They put the country flags of their guests in reception which is a nice touch.

Incredible hotel in incredible Kanazawa
This hotel is just freaking fantastic. That's all you really need to know. But, to write more, everything about the Sainoniwa is wonderful. The staff is exceptionally detailed oriented and helpful. They think of everything. The hotel is new and beautiful. The only quibble is the location in Kanazawa. It's not quite near the center of town. But, it's absolutely worth it, and the hotel runs a shuttle twice an hour. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Kanazawa.

It’s not possible that in a “new hotel”the air conditioner doesn’t work, cause you only have the option of warm or cold and hotel choose it for you, even your room in the day is a Sauna. I try to fix it both days, but they only offer me that I can open the window.

The hotel is beautiful, creating a zen like atmosphere. Staff is most accommodating and more helpful than any other hotel I have ever stayed at. There is good shuttle service to the train station. Breakfast was delicious with lots of traditional and western options. The chef there is award winning. Extremely quiet.

Excellent Hotel in Kanazawa
Check in was fast, efficient and the staff were polite and so accommodating. Room was smallish but spotlessly clean, amenities were great, had everything we wanted. Called a cab for us for dinner and booked a table and then waited until the cab came to give the driver instructions in Japanese. Breakfast buffet one of the best in Japan. Couldn't fault the hotel in any way, definitely recommend staying here if you come to Kanazawa.

Worth coming to Kanezawa for the accommodation alone. Truly amazing & relaxing. A luxurious modern Japanese feel with onsen & the freedom to walk around in provided pajamas all days as you wish. We will go back.

Touring thorough Japan...Road trip
Stayed for 3 nights while touring Japan with wife and 6 month baby. Clean hotel in a quiet place. Shuttle bus to Kanazawa station for those who are coming by train. Comfortable stay with staff very polite and helpful and understanding. Free parking for those who are driving. Would highly recommend this place.

This is an authentic Japanese experience; it is in an out-of-the-way part of Kanazawa but there is a regular shuttle to the Station. The best thing about our stay is the staff service. They were all amazing and made you feel very welcome.

Very nice choice in Kanazawa if you drive
A very very nice modern hotel with Japanese tradition. It provides Japanese style indoor clothes for guest that you can wear to walk around like a traditional old-styled hotel. And it has a nice public hot bath! The rooms are in very new, clean conditions. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very nice too. Highly recommendable!

Modern and good hotel. But it is a little far from Kanazawa station. We can either take shuttle bus or drive. Besides, the sound insulation arrangement is not good. Can always "bump" from next room.

The hotel really provides great facilities, breakfast, quiet onsen and more importantly, service and care. I stayed with my family (2 kids) and would certainly return. Location is a bit off, nonetheless, it is offset by all the qualities. It will cost you around JPY1,500 to go to the main tourist attractions. Shittle bus takes you to Kanazawa station.

Room was clean stuff are all nice and friendly. It was bit away from main station (not walking distance) but they have bus service (free) to the station which was very helpful. Japanese style public bath was very clean and nice too. Best of all breakfast was excellent but it may be little too fishy (grilled fish served from morning which is common for Japanese) for forgin visitor who has less traveling experience in Japan. Appart from grilled fish smell (which is ok for Japanese) breakfast was excellent.

New, clean and stylish hotel. Room was spacious and has both western and Japanese style together. Artium was a nice garden. Hotel sets many area for rest and enjoy view.

It's a wonderful hotel and the staff try to be helpful. As overseas visitors it isn't always easy, but at this place you manage, for sure. The onsen & each breakfast were daily highlights! the highlights are well reachable by bicycle, or shuttle + bus, or taxi.

Geat hotel and staff
The hotel is a short hop by bike (which you can borrow) or courtesy bus (every 40 mins) to the train station. the hotel has very good facilities including spa - onsen, a superb breakfast and is very clean and quiet. It is in a slightly odd location but that does not detract. It is a good base for exploring Kanazawa - which was a great surprise as a fascinating place. The staff are excellent

An unexpected experience.
My wife and I really like this hotel. The staff speaks good English. There are free shuttle bus to the railway station. The room is new and clean. There is also onsen in the hotel. They also provide a high quality buffet breakfast.
