I stayed here for two nights with my dog and, unfortunately, I’m not sure I would return. We were placed in a type of tent I hadn’t expected—one that required a walk-in—despite having packed to live out of my trunk. Our site was also directly beside an incredibly loud family (playing booktapes and full volume, fighting, letting their kid wander into my site, etc.), which made it difficult to even stay at the site (I would've left, but nothing was available in the area)
The manager was unavailable until day 2, and although the staff were polite, they weren’t able to offer any real help (why not move me to another available site, let me use the wagon to carry stuff in, etc.). The next morning I asked to speak to the manager, and though she apologized and let me know the noisy family was leaving, she did not offer any discount or refund despite the disruption.
The first half of my stay felt completely overshadowed by the noise and the lack of support. I want to support this business, but it didn’t feel like they cared about my experience, and their minimal efforts did not compensate for the terrible first night
