Our stay at the Bus Stop Inn was a wonderful way to end our tour of Southern Utah and northern Arizona. Happy was a warm and attentive host. He helped to make us feel like family. When our final day ended with a longer than anticipated tour, he went above and beyond to allow us to return after checkout to get ready to head to the airport. Thanks for a memorable stay, Happy.

Happy is a friendly host; the landscape is beautiful; the interior was decorated a little differently than in the pictures but it amounted to basically the same space and layout

Happy’s place was adequate for our stay. We stayed in the unit next to the garage. Neighborhood was very safe and quiet. Happy was nice and willing to assist in any way. The mattress was just ok. The shower head should be replaced as the water coming out was like a pressure washer. Don’t let the water hit your face. Lots of nice restaurants in the area.

Amazing Place!

Perfect for a weekend in Zion

Happy is a great host and was very helpful with hike recommendations and ensuring we had a great stay. Bathroom is massive! Small nook with microwave, coffee pot, and mini fridge. Chairs out front to enjoy morning coffee. Location was great for Zion, about 1 hour to Zion via East entrance. Would recommend!

Amazing Kanab Hospitality

Thank you Happy for the hospitality and providing such an affordable yet wonderful space. Megan, my lady and I had a very long driving day from Tucson to Kanab, got in relatively late, and had two nights. Firstly, Kanab is stunning, and secondly the room was a perfect match to our needs. Happy greeted us when we arrived and was very pleasant. They afforded us the space we needed to unwind and relax for the next stage of our long road adventure. Although we had huge plans to explore the area, the comfort of the room decided for us that we would instead rest and recharge. Thank you for providing this place at such a great price to people. 10 stars out of 5!

Very Nice

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The property manager was available, kind and personable. The bathroom was huge and gorgeous. The room was a bit small. We missed not having a television ... I am a news fanatic. But overall we loved our stay.

Kanab stay

Property was very nice. In a secluded hobby farm type subdivision. Had a nice view. Was attached to the owners house. Had a circle type gravel driveway. Happy the owner was very personable & friendly. We had some of his famous homemade ice cream. Out stay couldn’t have been any better. Much better than a room in a motel. We also sat in the famous VW buss.

Quaint

Other than the mattress - the place was perfect. I just needed a place to sleep at night after hiking all day. The shower water was hot. I was able to heat up my cup of tea in the morning and at night. The mattress was too hard for my taste. There is a room with a queen bed, 2 night stands and a closet. A small fridge and a microwave. The bathroom was very roomy and well equipped. Plenty of room for 1, maybe 2 people if all you're doing is using it to sleep.

Quaint stay in Kanab

We had a wonderful time at Happy's place. Everything you need to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Plus, the accommodations with clean and had the necessary amenities, such as, coffee, toiletries, bedding, etc. Visiting our daughter was easy and enjoyable.
