「The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the young man at reception during check-in and the breakfast restaurant manager. However, the overall experience was average. 「ちょっとした休みがとれたので，クアラルンプールから近いところというだけの理由で選びましたが，とてもよかったです。久しぶりに冷たい空気を感じました。日本の高原リゾートとあまり変わらない感じで，のんびりと過ごす事ができました。「絶対にこれだけは見なくては」というようなものも特にないので，静かに過ごすには最高です。数少ない高原リゾートですが，一度は行ってみる価値があると思います。」

「シンプルなホテル。部屋は広いしシャワールームも広くお湯が良く出る。清潔です。急な階段で普段余り階段を登り降りしない私には少々きつかった。荷物はスタッフが運んでくれ助かりました。3階のフロアーは広くソファやテーブルや冷水機が有り清潔でした。2階には2台 洗濯機もありました。スタッフの皆さんとても親切でした。まわりはレストラン街です。中華料理のお店が沢山ありました。美味しかつたです。又 泊まっても良いなと思いました。」
