Spacious Studio Suite with Mountain Views

Superb studio suite with ground level, private entry & mountain views, located in a safe & quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from the highway. Whether staying for a night or an extended stay, our suite has everything you may need including a full-sized kitchen & in-suite laundry facilities.

We're close to Juniper Bike ranch, Valleyview Arena, and steps away from many beautiful trails and views of Kamloops. Juniper Market: Corner Store and Deli next to the roundabout

*PET FREE* we have a NO PETS policy. Thank-you for respecting this.
Studio suite is located below a quiet family home containing a doggo, he may come say 'hello' but mostly remains in the fenced off garden area when he's not out exploring or snoozing.

Please note, there is new-home construction in the area. During your stay you may hear construction noise from 0700 onwards. There will be disposable earplugs available for you to use in the suite. During the evenings it is quiet and peaceful, you may hear a few dog barks and some traffic.

We also remind guests to always be 'bear aware' when exploring new areas. Please don't leave food or garbage outside (in truck bed etc.) dispose of in the suite, or bag it and place in the locked garbage can.

Well appointed and very clean, this beautiful suite is up a bit of a hill but well with it. It’s a short drive to anything you need.

Everything I was hoping for
I was there for several weeks for a school program. And I have to say it was better than I could have expected. It was quite the whole time which was great for all the studying I had. It had 5 star accommodations, with everything and more than I needed, kitchen was fully equipped, beautiful bathroom, cozy living room. Very affordable as well for what you where getting. And I even had a run in with a very friendly deer on the way to the door one day. He was friendly and seemed unconcerned about me. Just an overall very pleasing experience.

Well-equipped, bright suite on a quiet street!
Firstly, this suite doesn’t feel like a basement because the ceilings are SO high! With lots of natural light, it was a cozy spot to rest while in town for work. The hosts were easy to reach through the booking process & answered any questions promptly. The way they’ve set up the check in process was honestly my favourite of any VRBO I’ve checked into. Simple & easy. Amy & Brian thought of everything — they left out snacks, a card & a little booklet they put together of helpful info, like where we could find live music in the area. There were little chocolates left on our pillows, all the utensils we needed, fresh coffee beans, cream in the fridge, lint roller / in-suite laundry, some games & even ear plugs! Not to mention, the bed was SUPER comfy. We slept like rocks! All in all, the suite was extremely clean & felt very homey. On a quiet little street, it’s really the perfect place to stay for a few days in Kamloops. If we are ever back in town, we would stay here again! Thanks, Amy & Brian!

Beautiful View
As our first VRBO experience, this was awesome! While we didn’t spend a whole lot of time there due to the nature of our visit, I have to say the bed was so comfortable. We did manage to sit outside and take in the beautiful sunset. Quite a view! Has everything you need and the owner was quite responsive to the messages I sent. Would definitely recommend a stay here!
