"The staff are friendly and remembered that i had previously stayed, even remembering my dogs name. I have now stayed here on my last three trips through Kamloops and it is my preferred hotel in Kamloops. Clean, well appointed rooms and facilities, courteous and professional stall. Excellent value."

"Second stay here and the room was lovely. Nice view of the river. Comfy bed and linens. Could do with more than one towel per guest. And we had to ask for a second coffee mug for in room coffee. There was a lot of coming and going and thumping in the walkways all night long. And someone was doing recycling at 430am. Going to say it was a one off. Happily stay here again. "

"This hotel shouldn’t even be offered on Expedia. Our room smelled of weed and there were lots of transient people around/staying there. The staff are very friendly and considerate. We ended up leaving as I was with my son and wasn’t comfortable staying. Thankfully the staff understood and were gracious to offer me a refund. "

"Very clean comfortable beds. Excellent front end staff and amazing housekeeping. They changed our towel and made our beds. Very few hotels do that these day. The hide a bed however was a little less desirable. You will have to ask for more bedding to sleep on top due to a very spring felt bed. However that’s the only drawback Very quiet and relaxing hotel"

"The room was mostly clean. The walls are a little worn. The towels were washed but smelt stale. The laundry room area was down stairs that were covered in debris and garbage. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. "

"TV didn’t work. 2 police cars there dealing with drunken guests. Not recommended even at the lower rate. "
