"We never had the chance of visiting the property because Expedia offered us a non existing, non-refundable booking confirmation in a full hotel! To the merit of the hotel they contacted us soon enough to notify us about this, and that their minimum stay was 3-days. Until the date we still don't know why this booking went on but we're taking this the legal way. Lessons learned: We will never use expedia for any other future bookings."

"We stayed for nearly a week. During our month long vacation in Greece. This place was hands down the most well appointed of spots. The owner has clearly gone through great lengths to make is hospitable. We arrived with a fridge with water, juice for the kids, olive oil, milk to make our morning coffee. "A wonderful Stay in an excellent Location The hotel boasts a fantastic location, perfect for exploring the area. The room was spotlessly clean, generously spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A highlight was the delicious homemade breakfast and dinner, which added a charming personal touch to the experience. "It is a brand new gorgeous hotel. The rooms are extremely cozy. We stayed in the beginning of October in a room with a pool and the water was very refreshing. It was great to get in and out but not warm enough to stay in longer that several minutes. The view is breath taking and you will wake up to it. We opened the huge balcony door and enjoyed the breeze and the view of a deep blue waters with an island in front. The coffee shop/restaurant is just 15 min walk along the shore. The one of the most gorgeous beaches that Greece has to offer Voidoilokya is just 10 min drive away. The place has easy access no washer/dryer yet (for those that stay longer than 4 days it might be important) but we asked for the dryer rack and that helped. The owners of the place were always in touch and responsive. Make sure to establish the time of cleaning because the cleaning will happen on agreed time and not later or earlier. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the place. "
