"As soon as we walked out of the lift to our floor we were hit with a sewerage smell! The air conditioning didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work, it was dirty and then we noticed black mould in the room! We asked for a refund after we left via message and didn’t even get a response! No matter how desperate do not book this absolute nightmare! There are so many lovely places! Stay in Gure’ in a thermal hotel! "

The place is spotless, the bungalows are very comfortable, and the view is simply beautiful — especially at sunset. What truly stood out was the friendly and welcoming staff, who made everything easy and stress-free. The whole atmosphere is peaceful, clean, and perfect for unwinding. I also had the chance to ride my motorcycle off-road in the mountains nearby, which made the stay even more memorable. If you're traveling through the area — whether by bike, car, or on foot — I highly recommend this place. It's a perfect mix of nature, comfort, and kindness. "
