This newly remodeled space boasts 13-foot ceilings and luxury finishes.

Our recently renovated loft will make your downtown experience unforgettable. Walking distance to the best restaurants, breweries and bars. If driving around is more your style, we have two free parking spots for you in the private parking lot directly next to the building. Kick back, relax, and go grab a beer from the famous Bells Brewery just down the street. Memory foam mattresses will be awaiting you for a restful sleep, stocked in every bedroom. Get ready to explore the next day and head over to our coffee bar and enjoy complimentary coffee, cream, and sugar. Staying in for the night? Enjoy our bar, board games, Pacman, Pinball and furnished balcony.

Once you arrive, we have put together a Welcome Book for you with all of our favorite restaurants, things to do, and more!

Kalamazoo is home to many famous breweries and restaurants alike. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal. That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner.

While our home is ready to host 10 people, we think the perfect size is 8. We're happy to host all 10, but keep in mind it will be a little cozier.

Family Reunion in K-Zoo
We visited the K-Zoo area for our grandson’s HS graduation and our annual family reunion. The location of this loft is really nice with plenty to do nearby. The pictures and description are accurate, which was helpful toward making a decision and being happy about it. The owner’s are considerate and thoughtful. Simply put, it’s a comfortable place to stay and we will try to get it the next time we’re in town.

Wonderful Stay in KZoo (100% Recommend)
First, I'd have to say that the communication between myself and hosts was top-notch. They communicated with me leading up to my stay and even let me know that they would be out of town with a family emergency and gave me alternate phone numbers to call in case something were to arise with my travel plans or issues at the property. This was by far the most communication I've had in the different experiences renting homes on VRBO. Second, the apartment/loft is wonderful. Clean, well-stocked, and very visually appealing. This is an old building that looked as if it was re-purposed to be a residential building. Very cool building and apartment. All amenities didn't disappoint and we were happy that all the cool breweries were within walking distance. TV's worked well as did all appliances. Beds were comfy and different toiletries were all much appreciated. This space was great for entertaining as we were there for a graduation and did a small breakfast the day of the grad. My 8 and 6 year old really enjoyed the video games and shuffleboard table! Would 100% recommend!

Great Loft! Lots to Do!
We enjoyed our time at this awesome loft! It was super clean and well stocked. Our kids loved the shuffle board table and the other games. The beds were very comfortable. It was a short walk to cute shops and great restaurants. Jackie and Zach were very helpful with everything and super responsive. The instructions for parking and building entry were very clear, and they even sent a helpful video. There was a little mix-up with our entry code at check-in and they went out of their way to fix it. We even had a box of Crumbl Cookies delivered to our door the next morning! The neighbors were kind and quiet (although it is a downtown loft. Expect to hear some sirens and trains). We would definitely recommend this property.

Family wedding in Kalamazoo
This is a great rental. Our family stayed here for a family wedding. The location was perfect and hosts were very accommodating. The rental had every we need and was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, fun condo
This condo is perfectly placed in downtown Kalamazoo. We were able to walk to our event and to great local restaurants. The condo is so well appointed and decorated with such charm. They communicated with us constantly and offered added help if needed. I would surely stay with them again!
