Outstanding view!
This property was about a 15-20 min drive to Abel Tasman NP, and just a short walk to a beautiful beach. The view from the home was outstanding, and visible from anywhere in the living area due to large glass doors/windows on two walls. There was also a large wrap-around porch with outdoor furniture for enjoying the view from outdoors. The furniture was dated, but perfectly comfortable and functional.

Delightful Kiwi Bach
We loved our mini break at this classic kiwi bach. Everything was very easy and the owners were great communicators and quick to respond. Everything was very clean and there were plenty of spare blankets and pillows. We also appreciated having a dishwasher! The location was very handy and it was so nice waking up to the bird song and amazing view each morning. We will be back.

Fabulous views close to beach
Was awesome to be able to take our dog, was so special to have a family holiday with where you can take the dog. Was warm and clean. We love old style baches, very authentic to NZ. Loved the view and how close it was to beach. Thank you would definitely recommend.

Great little spot
Loved our wee stay here. I would just say if you stay in July you may only get 40 mins sunshine on the veranda. The batch is up against a hill so misses the low winter sun as it disappears behind the trees . In other seasons it would be.gorgeous..

Great Spot.
We absolutely had a great time. The accommodation was what we wanted and needed, very clean and tidy. Also location to the beach and other activities was perfect. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Old school kiwi bach
The location is fantastic, and we couldn’t have been happier with the quiet, beautiful view. The bach is very dated, which is well described as the old school Kiwi bach. The only drawback is that I’m pretty sensitive to smell, and the bach is pretty musty, but we forgave it because the price enabled us to have a wonderful family beach holiday we could afford. The hosts are truly lovely people who will go the extra mile to help and offer suggestions, and they have equipped the bach well for a family stay.

Weekend away
Had a fabulous time. The house is wonderful, tidy and has everything needed to make your weekend away perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive up the road to Motueka.

Lovely restful stay
The property is older style but is comfortable with heat pump and air conditioning and the deck space is great for meals and lovely views of the beach. The shower has good pressure and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Classic kiwi Bach
This property was a classic kiwi Bach . It was no frills but had everything you needed , kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable . We were more than happy to take our own linen as per traditional NZ Bach standards. The view was great and it was in an ideal location for all our needs . Good value for money if you’re happy with a simple no frills Bach with a bit of retro decoration .

Great Old School Bach By The Sea
Had a nice couple of days checking out the epic Abel Tasman area. Bach is very retro but that's part of the charm. Great deck and views of the beach and a short walk to Kaiteriteri for food, drinks and access to boat and kayak trips. Thanks for having us.

Perfect for us with our 2 labs
We have been here a few times now and really love it. Dogs allowed on beach before 9am. Not fenced but ours just sit under the veranda in the shade during the day if we head off somewhere after 9am and they don't wonder off - they are very relaxed and content when we come back. So if you have well behaved and happy pets it truly is the perfect spot!
