Kaiser Permanente

We only booked for a night because of our visit to UC Berkeley and it was an amazing stay! The rooms were very clean and organized. Staff were nice and they welcomed us with waters. Breakfast was complimentary which was very good and delicious! We had a peaceful stay and the area was calm and peaceful as well. The parking was the $20 a night which was not bad at all. There was always a parking spot at any time of the day. If you would like to use the pool I do have to mention that it was very small and the jacuzzi bubbles were not working but other than that everything was perfect!

Front desk person at check in seemed in hurry to get rid of me, sped through check in, didn’t explain anything. When I asked questions she answered with annoyance. So I stopped asking. Place was very clean and kept up nicely. Not sure why they charge a high daily fee for parking the place has plenty of parking. That didn’t seem necessary, and makes a huge difference on choosing a place to stay. It also wasn't explained to me at check in that I’d have a daily parking fee.

we didnt have hot water for showers in the morning. but the staff was really nice and we could see they were working really hard.
