Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai and get a close-up view of the giant sea turtles that come up on shore to sun themselves! (No touching though!)
This lovely condo has everything you need including Air Conditioning, for a comfortable, unforgettable Hawaiian getaway. (No separate A/C blower in guest room)

The perfect location for exploring the whole island. We absolutely loved sleeping with the wi does open to hear the waves crashing all night long. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was clean and modern. Beds were comfortable and it was nice having 2 bathrooms and washer/ dryer.

The property is gorgeous! It has all the amenities you need - from the kitchen, bedroom, bathrooms even towels for the beach. The views are stunning and I love hearing the ocean. The back bedroom doesn't get enough air conditioning from the main unit and the fan is ok, but I'd have preferred a small unit just for that room. A minor thing is to have the curtains completely cover the windows so the sunlight didn't wake me up. Otherwise, it was great!

We had an excellent stay. Ocean, palm trees, sunset, surfers all visible from the balcony. Hearing the waves throughout the day and night was relaxing. Location is pretty good, close to the restaurants, bars and shopping. Da Poke Shack is in the same building and there is a convenience mart across the street. 60 second walk if you need simple things. Parking is easy and there is an elevator if you need it.Everything was as pictured. Very efficient/easy to use AC system. Sunset views every night. Surfers every day. A couple small beaches and tide pools downstairs, beach chairs in the unit. Clean and comfy beds, couch, etc. Host was communicative. No complaints!

Terrific condo.

Beautiful condo. Comfortable, fully stocked and a great location. We loved our stay. They only things to be aware of is the second bedroom is small (very little room between the bed and walls), and the AC is in the main room. You need to leave bedroom doors open to get cool air. But there are fans in all rooms and the deck. We had a great time!

Beautiful location

Third visit to Kona Bali Kai and this condo was beautiful. You had absolutely everything you could want! The views and sunsets from the lanai in the reclining chairs were just the absolute best. Everything was as the listing showed and even better. Coffee, snacks, soaps... this was truly a perfect place. Would love to come back!

HAWAII’s BEST

This was a dream for my parents! They kept telling me how absolutely amazing this property was and how they can’t wait to come back and bring friends. They only want to stay at Holly’s place! The owners did a great job of remodelling and stocking the apartment with ALL kitchen, bathroom and misc supplies. That was very much appreciated. The property manager Holly was prompt to reply and fulfil any requests!
