I sent a list of issues to the owner and was told he wanted to discuss, never heard from again. It’s a great development and the unit is nice, but tired. The smoke detector was in the closet without its battery. There was a can light in the shower without the trim ring. The paint was marked up, I suggested a magic eraser between painting. The front door an railing to the second floor was filthy!! I’m not there to clean, but I did the front door. My sisters wouldn’t touch the railing. A/C is separate, when we arrived it wasn’t on, I called the number, it took four hours to get a solution, I had to put the breaker in myself, and then it did’t cool until after going to bed. I asked for refund out of principal, no response to that request. The size of the table on the back patio makes the end chairs unusable. The small appliances didn’t work well or at all. The dishwasher and laundry were rusty. The carpet, though recently cleaned looked dirty, why not instal vinyl plank flooring? More pillows would help. Kitchen sink sprayer button was broken, as were the dining room chairs. Tv remotes didn’t work, this should be checked between each rental, no excuses, like I was given. This place should be constantly rented, but I’d look elsewhere until it is fixed up.
