「Filthy. The carpet, upholstered couch and walls were not just dirty but absolutely filthy. Windows also dirty. There is a large billboard outside advertising the property for sale for redevelopment. I hope someone buys it quickly and knocks it down. It is well located for walking and views 」

「Words fail me. It was the worst place I have ever stayed. The view from our room was of a delapidated old garage full of rubbish collected from the rooms such as old beds and the like. Then there was the back of another hotel with stepladder and a satellite dish. The room was depressing with nothing to use to cook in the microwave. 「There were no staff, I was sent an email to go to another site to read a message - just send me the message in the email, not difficult!! Unit was dated and because we were the front unit members of the public were opening our door looking for a staff member of which there were none on site. View was gorgeous though!」

「There were tech issues with check in, room had a musty smell upon entering but soon cleared when aired out, aside from that location could be better sign posted or at least a photo from road side Room was spacious clean and tidy everything we expected it to be」

「The down stairs room was small and very cold in spite of using the wall heater and very small heat pump.Upstairs was much warmer due to the open stair well.It would have been lovely to sit out on the small balcony but it wasn't warm enough to do so. The view wasn't as good as we thought it would be but we could see the stars well.The bed was very comfortable and we spent more time sitting on the bed due to the cold room downstairs.A pleasant location and some good walks.」

「We didn’t get check in information. Luckily there was a cleaner onsite to let us in. While the premises are advertised as slightly tired, and appeared to have a fairly new shower head, the general condition was very poor, with some areas being very dirty. Issues noted, carpet not nice, I had to wear flip flops as not comfortable walking on it. One area in corner looks like it has had carpet mites. One chair broken, not safe to sit on.
