「I don't understand charging for a room that is ready and you're just 1 hr ahead of checkin time. The room was the worst I've ever been in, the size of a closet plus there wasn't a plug in to utilize the blowdryer and the sink was backing up. You could barely get around the bed and I don't understand the shower door design, sprays water all over the counter, no matter how you pointed the water. We did get moved the next day to a larger room.」

「I can’t rate this accomodation highly enough. The cabin itself was beautiful, we loved the view and the jacuzzi was incredible. We were even lucky enough to see the northern lights 2 out of the 4 nights we stayed thanks to the glass roof! We were always very warm with the underfloor heating ans fireplace, and had all the facilities we needed. We had car issues on the way to a tour, and the owner went out of his way to call to have this fixed (he had absolutely no obligation to help), and drove...
