The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. Staff was always very courteous and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was truly delicious full of delicious breads and cheeses and other tasty treats. The chef here at Payam makes the best pizzas and breads and croissants.

The photos is different from reality. They are editted to maximum brightness so it looks clean. This place is incredibly comfortable, clean and spacious. The view of the water is unparalleled and the awesome pool is a perk we didn't even think we would enjoy, but wow. The cool owners are easy to contact and respond immediately. Definitely recommend!

I knew from pictures on the internet that Kas was beautiful, but it really exceeded my expectations. Natural beauty, lots of leisure activities, restaurants everywhere and shopping. I was in town for a scuba diving course and will return to dive
