All inclusive food and drinks could be much better, very poor quality, the beds are not the best quality either, everything else was good

Muy buena experiencia, instalaciones cómodas y muy limpias, (habitación, comedor, baños). Ofrecen varias amenidades que hacen de la estadía algo confortable. Recomendaría la implementación de rotulación dentro del complejo ya que es retador para un huésped nuevo el ubicar las distintas áreas, como por ejemplo donde queda el restaurante. Y en cuanto al restaurante se necesita de orientación sobre donde se ubica cada cosa (ejemplo: donde quedan las bebidas gaseosas, donde están los complementos del plato fuerte, que complemento es el que se encuentra servido en una bandeja específica para saber lo que uno va a consumir, etc.). En general una buena experiencia.

El lugar es excelente. La comida variable y típicas. Los trabajadores del bar extraordinario y atentos. Sin embargo los de la Limpieza diaria note que cosas me faltaban. Me encantó los trabajadores de la recepción muy comprensivos y dispuestos a ayudar

Front desk was having hard time to find my confirmation number they look even with my name and it was no showing it needs a better system because traveling for 6 hours all i want to do is rest it took long period of time at front desk

Very small complex. Expected more from the workers. When I arrived they don’t even attend to you. You are son your own. The food was not that bad. The bar were open up to 1am. Everything was excellent just the workers need to treat the visitors better. Especially if going from far.

Staff was friendly, loved the pool was so big and easy access to beach. Cons- beds need to be updated, they were uncomfortable . They have space for pool bar but staff wasn’t attending people on the people had to get All the way out to the other side to get a drink. Buffet was ok, could have more food variations

This place is awesome!! Like a little hidden paradise. The staff is wonderful and so hard-working. The food is incredible, and there were many options to choose from for each meal as well. I highly recommend a short stay here, as the property is beautiful and the evening shows are great. Lots of places to relax and enjoy the views and the refreshing breeze off the water.

La propiedad es super cómoda, pero algunas recomendaciones que vi acerca de la propiedad, es que en cada habitación deberían de poner una cafetera con bolsas de cafés y vasos, una plancha también, igual deberian de revisar bien las luces de toda la habitación, que esten en buenas condiciones. También deberian de mandar a fumigar, y que hay demasiados zancudos. También en los baños lo que deberían de poner es botes de shampoo, jabón ya pegados en la pared del baño. Al igual deberían de poner mas tomacorrientes en los cuartos porque ennel que me quede yo, solo habian 2 en todo el cuarto y uno en el baño

Starting off the property had a very nice appearance and the food was a plus, but the rooms on the other hand were a nightmare. The AC was not working properly, the bathrooms were a disaster, the bedroom sheets seemed to be there for decades.

I would say the well-maintained gardens and pool areas were the best parts of our stay in the hotel. However, a few things about the rooms and power disappointed me. For starters, the power went out for an hour. There was light, but no water and we'd just come from the beach and it was almost dinner time. Second, one of the mattresses was sunken and one of my parents could not sleep well. Third, there was no safe box in the room. The brochure the front desk gave us upon checking in said "every room had one" and if not you could ask the front desk to provide it. I went and asked and they told me I could keep my stuff in their safe box. I am sorry but no. Giving out inaccurate information is what bothered me the most. If you cannot provide that service, then update the brochure, please.
