    Central A/C, ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. Screened in porch with water views. Master has walk in closet and en-suite bath with shower. Guest bedroom has en-suite bathroom with tub. Washer/dryer on first floor in unit. First floor has a half bathroom. Strong wifi can work from home with a desk/standing desk. Cable tv on smart TVs. Dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, air fryer and toaster oven. Keurig pod coffee maker. Parking available for $25 paid to HOA. Has 6 beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella. Fishing rod and cooler.
