かなりのクオリティの低さ
5泊の滞在で、暖房の音が大きい、デジタル時計故障、部屋の異臭、ベッドシーツに大きな茶色いシミ、絨毯に大きな黒いシミ、メイドサービスなし(希望する時に来るとの事でした)、自動販売機故障(お金戻らず)、ベランダにタバコの吸い殻、トイレもきちんと流れず。クロゼットにハンガーなし。安いがひどかった。朝食は無料でビュッフェスタイルです。ワッフルが自分で焼けて美味しかった。隣接しているステーキレストランはお肉が大変美味しかったのでオススメですが、このホテルは2度と利用しません。

Nice space on the inside of the hotel. Outside was not very inviting. The wind was howling and the windows were shaking, not sure if that is a constant experience though. We were only there one night.

Great stay in Redding! Off the beaten path but still convenient to freeways. Good amenities and very up-to-date fixtures and styling in the cottage. Excellent institutions and overall communication with host. Definitely 5 stars!
