They booked / arranged the 2 private tours for me to visit northern and southern outskirts of Beirut, recommended some of supreme restaurants in the city, and told me how to enjoy the city! Especially one of the female receptionist was so nice (I didn’t hear the name...she had the nameplate of trainee, but her knowledge and hospitality was far above than those of trainee :) I regret I couldn’t say my thank you...) The place of the hotel is walking distance...

I didn’t like the customer service but this time the representative downstairs brought my stuff up to me late at night. I really appreciate it. For management please allow drivers to come to the room especially Delivery drivers.」
