「Last year, I chose this hotel, and decided to change my regular hotel in DAR to this!
The condition was so good, and I enjoyed the city view through the big wind!
Hotel staffs had enough hospitality, and especially house keeper always responded to my request.
This year, I stayed this hotel for 2 days in August, and (after 2 weeks in Arusha), will come back to this hotel again in September!
Only small things I would require are as follows;

「My room had several problems with the facilities. Some outlet sockets were out of order, the kettle was broken, and the fridge was also out of order. Once the curcuit breaker tripped at night. I think the rooms need more frequent maintenance. Staff were always quick to respond to solve the problems and I was happy with that.」
「The room was kept clean. The internet through wifi was not stable. You can go to the entrance to get the new wifi passcoad if the internet connection is unstable. The rooftop view was very nice. 」

"My body itches when I am in bed. No folds in the sheets = does that mean they haven't been changed for a long time?
After the itching, I looked at the reviews and found many hygiene-related reviews. This is true, e.g. stains on towels. The location is great, close to the ferry terminal, but there is room for improvement in terms of hygiene. The building is old, but I understand that they are trying to improve it.
Do they cut corners in areas that are not visible?"
