Very quiet location, nestled in the heart of a picturesque and charming little Burgundian village, on the very edge of a peaceful little alley a stone's throw from a bucolic tree-lined square, epicenter of this "mini town" where friendly people compete games of pétanque in the shade of the plane trees! In the heart of the rolling countryside (partly protected in the "Natura 2000 & ZNIEFF Zone" for the quality of its rich ecosystem), nestled under the gentle wooded hills of the South Burgundy massif (vast wild forest massif with superb panoramic viewpoints, to be explored during relaxing walks or mountain bike rides), very close to the first vineyards, in the heart of a peaceful preserved setting, alternating bocage meadows, fields & forests. Sumptuous sites & landscapes to discover in the surrounding area. Very comfortable cottage. Spacious & bright. Warm country style with contemporary accents.
