For a tranquil sleep Zensational Vibez has 2 equal sized bedrooms each with a queen size bed, plush bedding, dark out shades for a restful sleep, luggage racks and closet space.

The modern bathroom has a double vanity with plenty of counter and storage space, deep soaking tub shower combo, luxurious bath towels, dark towels for make up and color treated hair, and Turkish bath towels for the backyard oasis. There is a shower outdoors in the backyard as well.

For the hot summer days enjoy cooling off in our cowboy pool as you stare at the amazing work of art designed along the back fence. The cowboy pool doubles as a cold soak in the chilly months and is great to relax your sore muscles from hiking all day. For stargazing enthusiasts set up our telescope off the deck or relish in the views as you relax in the hot tub while the jets massage your body. For cooler evenings enjoy the sauna followed by quality time at the fire pit. The fully fenced backyard is a creative masterpiece perfect for capturing those IG moments.

The Area
We are located 8 minutes from the West entrance of Joshua Tree National Park, and 2 minutes from downtown. Within the surrounding area (5-10 minutes) you will find lots of shops and restaurants, Walmart, grocery stores, pharmacy, and a farmers market every Saturday morning. Palm Spring airport (PSP) is a straight 45-minute drive. Los Angeles (LAX) and San Diego (SAN) airports are about a 2.5-hour drive. The property is in a quiet, residential, family friendly area with neighbors.

Safety and Security
For your safety and security and ours Zensational Vibez has 2 exterior cameras in the front yard, one with a talk back feature, there are no cameras inside the house or in the backyard. Each room contains a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector. There is a noise decibel monitor in the dining room that also senses for smoke. There is a fire extinguisher, flashlight, and first aid kit in the kitchen. There are 2 exit doors, 1 off the main living room and a secondary off the kitchen. The bathroom has a grab bar to assist with getting in and out of the tub as well as slip resistant mats. The floor plan is all one level, there are no stairs inside the home. The backyard is fully fenced.
