The staff is absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to help me. Not speaking Spanish was a little intimidating, but the staff here was bilingual and made me feel so comfortable and understood. The place is absolutely beautiful, and it was the most peaceful place I’ve ever stayed on Earth, and I travel extensively. I’m so reluctant to leave. I wish I could stay here forever! Thank you for everything! ♥️

Very friendly staff BUT..... the entire resort ooze negligence and severe lack of maintenance..... a place deemed to become a slumb!

Deixam apenas água no quarto. Do banheiro deu nojo. O quarto mexe bastante, igual barco.
