We were hoping it would be a great stay checked in after waiting for someone to come back to the building. Got in the room it smells like someone had a campfire in the room couldn’t breath. The toilet was giving us issues as well. Lasted maybe 30 minutes and had to check out and find another place to stay as breathing was difficult from the campfire smell.

There was a sloth in the gift shop where you check in. Clean and unique rooms. Reslly reasonable price.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars to stay at this place and all of a sudden they ban me for destroying a room after leaving a tip and cleaning up after myself and everything nothing was destroyed but yet we randomly get banned I can’t believe it I’ve stayed there multiple times and never got one complaint we disagree with another guest and now we’re banned we see they favor people which is sad never been so disappointed

They take priority in people who spend the most and if those people don’t want you there the campground will ban you from staying staff lie and are rude unless they like or know you

There were so many unique features that made the property feel like the owners really care about their guests. The warm welcome from Jody at the front desk was maybe the sweetest I have ever experienced. All the unexpected bonuses made the stay a delight, unique gift shop free zoo inside. It was awesome. I would recommend to anyone.

It's a lodge cabin… it's going to have its quirks
The place has its fair share of quirks described below. But the pros outweighed the cons for my wife and me as we enjoyed a nice place to stay near Seven Springs. My wife and I loved the look of the room. The wood theme is cute, and the hot tube is enormous. We were sad to learn that you can't use soaps or oils in the tub, but it did heat up so lovely for us, and it was amazing after a day of skiing. The ceiling above us is a bit thin, and our neighbors above move around a bit. Also, the wall to the outside is thin. We can hear pretty clearly conversations happening outside. The TV worked after we connected it to the internet, though it loaded videos very slowly. The fireplace was fancy and did work well. The thermostat worked well, too. The option to view the rainforest animals and the 10% discount at the gift shop is excellent. It's only about 15 minutes from the slopes, which was terrific.

Some noises like creaking late night. Went away. Some faint motor noise. Maybe heater fan. Great store and animal viewing area. Even winter has some wildlife to view indoors. The log cabin architecture is amazing. Parking lot dim.
