El hotel es acogedor, tiene un ambiente agradable, el personal en todo momento se mostró muy amable, como sugerencia podrían ampliar el menú del restaurante ya que solo cuentan con una o dos opciones de platillos por dia, de ahí en fuera todo bien, lo recomiendo.

El personal muy atento

El personal es muy amable, el área de la alberca super cuidada. Sería muy bueno que remodelaran las habitaciones, pues el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación y las áreas comunes son lindas. Las habitaciones no son tan bonitas

Genial todo muy bien solo un pequeño detalle dcob los juegos de llaves que no cuentan con duplicados y el de al lado olvidó sus llaves dentro pidieron entrar por mi habitación hacia el balcón de la habitación contigua.

Me encantó la atención y amabilidad del personal, la limpieza, la ubicación, la seguridad y tranquilidad del lugar, la alberca y los precios. Nosotros pasamos tres días de vacaciones y desde ahí visitamos las Grutas de Cacahuamilpa que están a menos de una hora, los Jardines de México a 20 minutos, el Lago de Tequesquitengo ahí cerquita y la Hacienda San José Vistahermosa también en Teques.
