Budget friendly option

Check-in was smooth, but the room had washroom odor. Not recommended for families, go only if you are looking for budget friendly option. Saw a condom packet below the bed.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. There's a laundry area that costs around 17-19 ringgit overall (wash dry cost of detergent) to use, and you can buy the detergent from the hotel. When I got to the room it was extremely damp, but turning the AC to dry helped this. The room was overall clean, but under the bed and above the hanging space is rarely cleaned. There are some water damage marks visible on the roof. Overall, you get what you paid for. Area is kind of out of the way but you can take a bus from JB Sentral to a stop around a 5 minutes walk away from the hotel.

Bad experience we have ever had. Hotel don't provide any tissue paper. Don't use Hotel.com app to make booking as it always hang and got payment issue. They won't refund you even it's not your fault. Not a reliable platform anyway. Bad review written also cannot be posted due to ridiculous reasons.

Good but can be better

Overall this hotel is good. We don't expect too much from it. The only things that annoyed me was the bathroom shower drain is clogged and hotel management seems reluctant to fix the problem. Other recommendation is to have few clothes hangers rather than only one and as the pillow are super soft, mind to provide small pillows for extra comfort. Besides, it is better to put up hotel signage on the major road as sometimes it can be quite confusing especially in the new develop area.

we love the ambiance and silence inside the hotel.. We're glad that the hotel is very clean. I just hope that they can change the position of the mirror inside of the bathroom since it was quite difficult for me to use while on the go.. the floor was also slippery and hope they can provide a doormat for the customer. Overall we were satisfied with our stay in Elmark and looking forward to stay there again.

Short and comfy stay

Had a very short one night stay in the Family Suite. The room air conditioning is very good, TV signal was excellent. The beds are comfy. Overall cleaniness was great, kudos to the house keepers there. Hope that the standard could be maintained, and should vacuum the floor more. Outside had smoking smell every now and then but cannot help it. Good for money just that location is deserted yet face the noisy big roads. Depends on luck to get a more peaceful room.
