We contacted the property manager about a broken window blind and toilet seat (with photos) . He responded in a timely way and offered a 50% refund because he was not in a position to fix any if this during our stay. After that communication we noticed a ring in the tub and beyond filthy rugs. All of this resulted in an uncomfortable stay.  Since offering the refund we have not heard from the host, nor has he responded to messages or refunded any portion of the cost of our stay.
