"Lower price point attracted a rowdier crowd and the hotel was loud late into the night. We were also right next to the elevator which was loud. Electrical outlets didn’t work in part of the room, toilet was near clogging, the toilet paper appeared unrolled and rolled back onto the roll, there was no parking left when we arrived, and the door jamb was not tight to the door and let a large amount of light into the room from the hallway. On the positive side the bed and pillows were comfy and the room was clean. Probably will spend a little more and go to a better place next time."

"Breakfast was disappointing. The elevator sounded like it was on its last leg. Convenient location."

"Pool was closed The sheets were stained and tore the towels were all stained. Could not get additional coffee for coffee maker. Light in the room would not work properly had to unplug it to turn it off."

"Room very clean. Breakfast had good variety but is no longer free. Staff polite and friendly."

"Seemed like a great place but it definitely needs some tlc. The pool water was milky, and water from it splashed all across the floor so the indoor playground ground was soaking wet. When my kids slid down the slide and landed in the floor they had very wet bottoms. The room seemed in need of repair, the clo didn't close correctly, the faucet in the bathroom was half black half silver in color bc the black coating was brittled off."

"Property was welcoming to pets!! Paid $60 for the night to have her. We have stopped in Amarillo several time, and this is by far my favorite hotel and location. Will stay here again! "
