Nice hotel, good location and a good vibe for the evening. Casino, theater, restaurants in de buurt. Room with all comfort and spacious. Views are amazing, the gym is very good and the pool looks amazing

It was impossible to reach reception or management and I phoned repeatedly. The phone just rang or went dead. David the baggage porter was very friendly and helpful however. Lifts are shaky and scares the hell out of guests. Closet in room has broken door. For the price I paid I expected the hotel to be better maintained and managed.

It was okey!

We had an okay 1 night stay. The biggest downside was at the pool.. no towels and waiting 30m for towels.. when they arrive the staff member was on the phone having a big chat while us and other people were just standing wet in the cold so she could finish her phone call.. Room was clean, check in fast, and staff friendly.

Average hotel at a high rate

Excellent location, right at concert hall and casino. The shower had no door and the basin was shallow. The bathroom and toilet paper was always wet when one used the shower or the basin. For the price charged, they really could go a little further. There were also no glasses in the room and very little coffee and sugar.

amazing hotel room just needed some maintenance water seeps through to the toilet side, the basin is blocked and plug points are not working the light bulb is also blown in the lamp on the desk thought of advising, not sure if you are aware of it.

Tried it again after but disappointed

Lots of technical issues. Only 2 of the 4 elevators worked and in some cases none which forced people to use stairs. Also had a problem with my room lock that caused me to walk down and up the stairs twice.

Malfunctioning AC's in both rooms

Air-conditioning in both rooms was stuck on heating, 26'C, regardless what lower temperature you tried to adjust it to. Maintenance came to clean the filters but this ultimately did not work, they still reverted back to heat the rooms to an unbearable level. No alternate plans to be made since hotel was full. My in-laws literally left that same evening as the room temperature was unbearable, refund pending.

Good - not yet excellent

Good overall stay, but there seems to always be something at the Maslow thats not 100% Water from the showers are leaking through the wall to the entrance and the toilet, no hot water, faulty toilet. Maintenance did attend. Aircon is a bit difficult to operate, I prefer my room to be freezing for a comfortable sleep. Breakfast is amazing and well worth it. Covid regulations very good. I understand the difficult trading environment currently, so can mostly let alot of the negative points pass. Regularly stay here. Somehow, I always get a stuffy nose though- may be the cleaning chems or air freshner - but it happens here more than at other establishments. Overall good hotel - and I always return. Just stay away from the casino unless you want to drop a bar with no joy

Great but also disappointing

The location is great as the Maslow allows for direct access to the Times Square Casino and restaurants. The check in staff were also great however in room hospitality is seriously lacking, i waited over 2 hours for ice to be delivered to my room. I had to go to reception in person to re-request for the ice, for it to be sent 30 minutes later. The room itself is comfortable however the water from the shower leaked out and flooded the bathroom floor. The aircon unit also tripped requiring maintenance to reset which took awhile to resolve. The Maslow has a great location and the check in staff is great, but overall it is not what you expect from a 4 star establishment
