The staff is very friendly and even helped our party with a lost item! Lovely location and overall peaceful environment. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was worth it! Some rooms are larger than others and are very cozy for movie nights.

Rooms are fine, though the promise of sound insulation didn’t hold. Was a bed sleep due to someone having party with loud bad taste music in the night. Breakfast capacity is poor. We were declined with what was on menu because they haven’t had enough of people to handle our order.. swimming pool is poorly maintained

Já me hospedei em diversos estabelecimentos em João Pessoa e, inclusive, essa é minha segunda vez no Infinity. Mas, desta vez, a acomodação realmente me surpreendeu positivamente. Check-in impecável, atendimento digno de hotel 5 estrelas, recepcionistas atenciosos e extremamente educados. Destaque especial para o senhor que estava na recepção na tarde do dia 20 de novembro — não lembro o nome, mas ele merece reconhecimento, pois tem a desenvoltura de um profissional de hotelaria de alto padrão. Quarto limpo, cheiroso e organizado. Localização perfeita, perto de tudo, com garagem disponível. E o café da manhã? Melhor que o de muito hotel bem mais caro. Posso dizer que é essa acomodação tem o melhor custo benefício do Nordeste. Parabéns aos colaboradores que entregam o melhor de si e que fazem a nossa experiência ser incrível!

Local limpo, equipe maravilhosa, sempre simpáticos e cordiais, cafe da manhã ótimo, a tapioca sempre estava uma delícia e a variedade era muito boa e o quarto é bem dividido, com uma mini cozinha equipada para uso (fogão, pratos copos microondas). Perfeito! Eu amei e com certeza quando eu voltar irei novamente para o mesmo hotel.

Chegamos na noite do dia 02/09 e fomos acomodados em um quarto diferente do que havíamos reservado. Tentaram contato com a gerência, mas não obtiveram retorno. O funcionário do turno noturno nos realocou para outro quarto, apenas para passarmos a noite, informando que precisaríamos deixá-lo no dia seguinte — o que de fato ocorreu. O café da manhã é bastante básico. Considerando o valor elevado da diária, o hotel não oferece um bom custo-benefício.
