「Great customer service! They are very helpful to guests, and it is a unique guesthouse with lots of wood and art. It is right around the corner from the Sun Moon village night market. There are a few resort villages around the lake, but this one is the closest to the cable car that goes to the Aboriginal Culture Park. The cable car is walking distance (and worth the ride), but you can also rent bicycles or electric bicycles very affordably near the hotel and get around easily.」

「もう４回目の滞在です。新しいわけでもなく、エレベーターもないので、スーツケースを持って３階まで上がるのは大変ですが、掃除が行き届いていて、シャワーのお湯の出も良く、快適です。オーナーもスタッフも感じが良いです。たまにチェックイン時にフロント不在だったりしますが、電話をすればすぐ来てくれます。LINEでも連絡出来ます。いつも女性四人部屋を利用しています。」

「We stayed here for one night while traveling from Sun Moon Lake to Alishan. The room was spacious and very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The owner was extremely polite and provided many helpful tips and suggestions for our travel plans, which we truly appreciated.」
