The staff was so amazing, the breakfast was the best we had in Italy, dinner was the best again. It was our favorite dinner we had in Italy on our 18 day travels. I 100% recommend this place. I hope we will be back.

Park Hotel Brasilia

The Park Hotel Brasilia is a beautiful hotel, with direct access to the beach and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool and surrounding areas were spotlessly clean and cleaned daily. Fresh beach towels were delivered to our room each evening. The rooms were also spotlessly clean, ours had a small balcony with a table and chairs and a sea view. The bed was really comfortable and the bedding high quality. The shower was hot with excellent water pressure. The breakfast was very good with a vast selection, including fresh orange juice, a juicer and fresh honeycomb! The lunch and snack menu had lots of variety to cater for everyone and the food was lovely. It was all reasonably priced. The cocktails and smoothies were also really good. The restaurant was beautiful with a sea view, the ambience in the restaurant was delightful and it was the perfect dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious. The customer service at this hotel is outstanding. Every staff member throughout the hotel was pleasant and helpful. They were so efficient, polite and welcoming. It is honestly the best customer service experience we have had. They organised a taxi to the airport and a packed lunch as we were leaving early and would miss breakfast. The hotel was wonderful and we would definitely return.

Es hat alles gestimmt in dem Hotel. Trotz deutlich verfrühter Anreise durften wir mit einem Upgrade schon unsere Zimmer beziehen, die wunderbar waren. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr ausgewogen. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter/innen. So erstreckte es sich auch auf den Service, bei dem man bei voller Auslastung des Hotels trotzdem das Gefühl hatte, die volle Aufmerksamkeit zu haben und jeden erdenklichen Wunsch erfüllt zu bekommen. Hier kann man ideal die Seele baumeln lassen. Danke für die großartige Zeit bei euch! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Hotel – alles hat einfach gestimmt! Die Atmosphäre war herzlich und einladend, das gesamte Personal unglaublich freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit einem tollen Ausblick. Ein besonderes Highlight war der große, wunderschöne Pool – ideal zum Entspannen. Die Liegen rundherum waren bequem und stets ausreichend vorhanden. Für Familien ist das Hotel absolut empfehlenswert: kinderfreundlich, sicher und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Sehr praktisch: Es gibt einen eigenen, geschützten Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel – das sorgt für ein gutes Gefühl und spart Nerven. Auch die Lage ist top: In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wer Lust auf einen ausgedehnten Shoppingbummel hat, findet die lebhafte Einkaufsstraße von Jesolo in nur 2–3 km Entfernung. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut.
