"Hotel is very good cleaning staff not reliable good breakfast fast front desk staff perfect."

"Cleaning horrible. There was hair in tub they had to move me still horrible. I cleaned everything on my own. Pool out of order, gym out of order the whole point of vacation ruined. To top it off your breakfast was a doggy bag. Family’s with children do not come here. What a waste. Also outdated no tv streaming access slow WiFi. "

"Parking was easy and didnt need AC it not summer yet. Tv was going in and out cause of internet and had to mess around with tv to get volume sound would go in and out also"

"Good breakfast selection while overlooking Jersey waterfront. Room was clean and easy access to rooftop restaurant. "

"There was a huge lack of hot water in the room. Stayed hot for mabye 1 minute at most. We hadcthe room with the kitchenette but there were not any pots, pans, glasses or silverware to be found. They charged us twice for roughly a total of $1200, only to send a refund to one of our card on the day of checkout. Breakfast was horrible. Nothing cooked freshed besides the Belgian waffles that you make yourself. No meats, no eggs and no hot cereals. It is literally bread products, coffee, tea, OJ, cereal and yougurt. Location is extremely noisey and super busy. Gym was not operational. Ac smelled musty. The pull out bed in our room contacted the main bed in the room. Our keys kept failing the entire 3 day trip. Cleaning staff was great. "

"Hotel and staff were great, clean room, Shower and bed fantastic. Convenient to get into Manhattan 5 minute ferry ride. Cons $40 a day parking and the restaurants downstairs have Manhattan prices. "
