The window screen was loose and very noisy! The towels are thin and grayish, was there for 4 days, coffee is for one day. Not worth the money. Also, it wasn’t clear if parking is free which is important for my stay. I paid 28 dollars more per day. Overall, not worth the money I paid for my stay

The premise of staying in an apartment maintained by a third-party is indeed a tad sketchy. Though it was done within hours of my request, having to ask for a shower curtain to be installed was inconvenient. Overall, I enjoyed the location of this property, but did not feel the "luxury" advertised.

We had selected a property that was literally across the street from our sons home. We were moved to a different property that was seven blocks away at the last minute. Had I known that was a possibility I would not have made the booking. Additionally, everything about the apartment was shabby. Linens, bedding, and towels were clean but thin and worn, and several pieces were stained. I had to take the trash with me when I left! Why? Weren’t they going to send someone in to clean the unit? I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Good place to go but don't expect service

We get a change to Marbella appart instead C. Columbus . Appart was OK , but no bed sheet for the 2nd bed . View was splendid especially at 39 th stair with view on Manhattan! If we would have to do it again ...we would do it again !!

WARNING!!! The nails that hold the bedroom carpet in place to the floor at the entrance (right under the door) are protruding like a shark’s teeth and could seriously injure anyone who happens to step on it like my wife did. Fortunately only a small section of her foot was affected as she did not step on it fully!!!!

It is clean, nice size and really nice to have the washer and dryer as well as full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. The location is perfect, close to Newark Airport, Path train and Manhattan. I recommend taking a white noise maker to drown out street noise, although it isn't too bad. Management needs to provide more towels and trash bags.

A nota baixa é porque não é um hotel! É apenas um apto num prédio residencial. As areas comuns (piscina, academia, etc) só podem ser acessadas por moradores - os hospedes não tem acesso. O apto é bem bacana, espaçoso, tem sofá e é bem equipado. A localização tbm é boa - próximo a restaurantes e estação de trem (Path) p/ NY.

Confortable apartment

I spend 5 nights in August with my family. The apartment is located near Grove street station (with Path, only 2 stations from New York city, One Trade Center, $ 2.75 ticket). The apartment is comfortable with a bed and a sofa, a private bathroom complete with laundries and a kitchen complete with all items needs for cooking. On the 7th floor a terrace with swimming pool, basktball field, barbecue area.

Mixed reviews regarding our recent stay

Most of the positive aspects are external to the apartment itself: - the location: very close from a PATH station (2 stations from the World Trade Center) and two blocks away from the landscape with a fantastic view of Manhattan - on-site parking (expensive though - $28 per day) - pool and barbecue area (note that you must reserve one with the management and it gets full quickly) The apartment was fairly clean, but is minimally equiped. It would be fine if some kitchenware items weren't broken... Also the leg of one of the table stools was also missing a screw, which made it risky to sit on it. It seems like the apartments owned by the rental company (Jersey City Stays) are not closely taken care of. On top of it all they omitted to leave us the magnetic key for the pool and barbecue area, but luckily the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to give us one. On the other hand the wifi connection, the air conditionning and the shower did work very well. In brief this is a fine place to stay if you do not expect to spend much time in the apartment, but because of its great location and reasonnable price I would still recommend.

Good location but description is misleading

Location was great for what we wanted, this is not a hotel it's more like an Airbnb. Also in the description of the property it shows a beautiful rooftop area and pool that is only accessable for residents of the building as you need a special "Fob" electronic key to get out to that area through a recreation room. Pretty misleading to say the least. Our apartment was clean and comfortable and felt safe, and the citibike rack is on the corner which was convenient and a block away from the Path station.

Stayed with my kids (aged 17 and 18) for 3 nights and although room and bathroom were a little tired it was more than adequate for the amount of time we were in the room. Location was excellent and very close to subway station to get to Manhattan via WTC. Good restaurants nearby. Great to have a kitchen with fridge in the apartment. Only found the pool and leisure areas on last night and they looked very good. Part of a residential development which was fine for us but if your are looking for a hotel experience this may not be suitable.

No signage on 'hotel'. It is an apartment building. Front desk personnel confused. Arrived to find that my pre-paid hotel room had been overbooked and reservation was cancelled without informing me. Expedia personnel were wonderful - refund was quickly made. But, that left us scrambling to find an available room in the area.
