We had a middle of the night arrival, and the staff member could not connect our Marriott loyalty number to our folio but offered lounge passes as service recovery. Dining option food service was a bit slow, but the staff were lovely. Being able to walk through the tunnels to get to The Egg was wonderful for an evening show."

"There is no parking. I was very uncomfortable walking alone from my car, in the far parking lot that I had to pay for. Person who checked me in wasn’t directly rude but was very curt. "

"The breakfast was the best we’ve had at a budget-friendly hotel. Any staff members we met were very friendly and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable."

"Didn't have hot water for a day and shower never got hot even after fix, advertised washer/dryer was out of order, minimally/oddly equipped kitchen (no drying rack, but really nice coffepot, for example). BUT place/sheets/fridge etc were clean, TVs in every room, and didn't see any bugs or anything. Other than no hot water and w/d, I'd be willing to say this would be good for younger people but if you're a little older or have a young kid, maybe not for you."
