A great stay in Jeddah

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Firstly the room was massively big, very clean and the aircon was great. The staff are very helpful and it is a short walk from the fountain. I’d like to thank the staff and stayed in a big apartment with separate living room and late checkout. I hope to return and want to thank the staff.

Staff were excellent. We arrived in the midnight and our departure was at 4:00 PM. We found a nice receptionist at arrival and they offered us extended hours to check out for free.

The staff were friendly, the manager upgraded our room on arrival. The rooms are dated and not very clean. Only had 1 hanger in the wardrobe and 1 bath towel for 2 people. It's ok for cheap stay if you're not expecting luxury.

I liked everything about this apartment/hotel. Staff is very friendly. Everything is super clean. When you request an Uber, it arrives immediately. Just down the street there is an excellent restaurant. A.C. works well. I would definitely stay here again. I was a solo female and felt very safe.
