"A very nice and, most importantly, clean place. The rooms are a bit small but sufficient for a family of 2+2 teenagers to stay for a week and have a great time. "We booked the studio deluxe room and it was spacious and clean. You have to ask at the front desk desk to have your room served if you want clean towels or more coffee and tea supplied.. The staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is very impressive - an assortment of hot & cold choices. The restaurant has delicious food and a full menu. We had a free two hour visit to the spa to use the hot and saunas daily. It was a great way to unwind from a busy day. We didn’t partake in any massages, so no comment on that. It is a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again if our path takes us back to Oswiecim."

"The only negative thing is that they only had a person working on-site less than half the time. However, they have key lock boxes for each room, give you the combination, and keep the key inside. They also include a phone number you can call if there ARE issues. With that being said... The room was incredible. Small (I don't need big), with a bet suitable for a couple. The bathroom was also small, but fully functional, with good hot water in the shower. A minor nit-pick... I do not understand the European custom of a shower with no door, so know you will be getting that. However, you get that at a GREAT DEAL of places in Europe, so that's more of a "so you are informed" than a "this is bad." Heat worked perfectly (and with it actively snowing, that was solid), and there was a shoe rack with a mat under it so your shoes could drip dry and not mess up the floor. If I ever come back to this city, I WILL be staying here again."
