The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features a living room with satellite TV and air conditioning, 4 bedrooms (each with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm), an open kitchen with a dining table, air conditioning, oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a shower/bidet/WC.
