"It’s convenient for train bus and has good breakfast ! It’s noisy and people are loud ! Rooms are basic no fridge kettle ! Staff is helpful "

"The room was great. Clean, modern and everything you'd need or want. Was very happy with the hotel stay. The restaurant, however, was not so great for dinner. Long wait, food was a bit disappointing in quality. Breakfast, though...very good with lots of choices. "

"Room was very modern and cool. We had a beautiful partial Mountain View. It was very small however, so be aware of that. There was a sauna and a steam room, which was great. Also a free club room with snacks and drinks. Parking lot was very close. All the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again…but maybe upgrade to a bigger room. Loved it!"

"The receptionist was terrible. She ignored a problem with my room, leaving me with the issue for over a day. I had to go to reception four times and call twice before she did anything. When I asked for an explanation, she made excuses, saying that even with colleagues present, she couldn't leave the reception area and that the system didn't allow for phone calls to the rooms. Is it really true that reception can't make phone calls to guest rooms?"

"Old tired building & rooms. Advertised with parking but it costs extra and there are only 6 spaces and they are extremely small tight spaces and access and very dangerous to get a normal size car in and out of. Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel is close to a tram stop, which is very convenient. The property looks newer. Everything was clean. Our stay was for 3 people and the room was large for our needs. The breakfast was extensive."
