🌸 Villa Ker Manou — Jard-sur-Mer



ROSE Vacances offers you Villa Ker Manou, a modern and bright house, located in the peaceful Ragounite district, in Jard-sur-Mer.

Ideal for a stay facing the ocean, this villa is close to the beach and the pine forest.



Two-storey house, able to accommodate up to 7 people and fully equipped so you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.

The accommodation is ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from Jard-sur-Mer harbour and close to restaurants and shops.

This house is perfect for getting together with family or friends.



🏠 Housing composition



On the ground floor:



A large bedroom with a 140x190 bed, an ensuite bathroom and a private toilet.



A spacious open-plan living room overlooking the 300 m² garden, furnished and decorated with wood and natural colours, equipped with a dining table and seating, and a comfortable lounge with TV.



A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living area, with a pantry serving as a laundry room: oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, l'Or coffee machine, dishwasher.



An outdoor shower for returning from the beach.



On the floor:



Two bedrooms: one equipped with a large bed 160x190, the other with 3 single beds (90x190) bunk and trundle.



A bathroom and a toilet.



A large terrace with a 180° view of the ocean, equipped with a comfortable outdoor lounge.



Outside:



A garden of 300 m².



A furnished terrace, ideal for enjoying the outdoors during convivial meals or moments of relaxation.

Located on the edge of the pine forest of Jard-sur-Mer, ideal for lovely walks.



Facing Légère beach, where you can practise surfing.



A few minutes' walk from the port of Jard-sur-Mer, where you can find many restaurants.



At 2.5 km from the centre of the village of Jard, offering numerous shops, a market on Monday mornings all year round and Wednesday mornings / Thursday evenings in summer, as well as a supermarket.



Cycle paths, surfing and kitesurfing spots nearby.



Oyster tasting at the producer's in La Guittière, AOC Vendée vineyards, fine dining (9 Michelin-starred restaurants in Vendée).

Boat trip on the Poitevin Marsh at Longeville-sur-Mer.



Discovery of Aiguillon Bay.

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



🕘 Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation

👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if deep cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– Wi-Fi codes

– The type of coffee maker
