「Good experience」

「Room wasn’t booked for us. I had to pay extra to secure the room.」

「Second time staying at this hotel, staff are very friendly, rooms are clean and location is good. Only issue I had was when ordering coffee/tea at breakfast - language barrier. Other than that, would recommend plus it’s only 10min drive from airport.」

「I was disheartened a little from my first occasion of having dinner. I received something different to what I was expecting and charged for it. On the menu the description was not helpful. Nor were the staff. They were most intent in me paying for the restaurants flaw. Which I did. This set the mood for my stay at the hotel not being positive. At times I also had trouble sleeping as staff were not understanding of the need to work quietly when cleaning. 」

「Extremely bad service, breakfast is pathetic with barely anyone to serve. Rooms are decent, bathrooms smell. The manager Tara doesn’t really care as he has the Lords name. By far the worst Lords property I have stayed in many years of being with the brand. The only advantage is the proximity to Reliance. There are many nicer and older options in the area. 」

「There was a mouse in the room which died on the 2nd day. Surfaces were all dirty and dusty. Tea satches, water and kettle were supplied without a cup or spoon! The staff call at midnight to take breakfast orders!」

「Room received at the time of check in was not cleaned. During 3 days stay room cleaning was done only once ( bed sheet and towel) staff was giving excuses to provide service. 」
