The spa was disgusting and had broken glass by the gate. Nearly every piece of cutlery, tray, plate and cup was dirty. No hand soap or dishwashing liquid. The first night no hot water. The fire pit is on a side of a hill- no chance for confit- and the house is 12 people- 3 double rooms 1 room with 4 bunks and a downstairs with 2 sofa beds. But no one...

The property was not presented in a clean or well-maintained condition on arrival, with several areas clearly overlooked. Basic amenities were below standard like dirty towels and hair in the bedsheets, which made the stay uncomfortable. There was an abundance of flies within the building which was very uneasing...Overall, the experience felt poor value for money and did not align with what was...

「Felt very welcomed on entering this beautiful home, Large spacious home well appointed facilities and heaps of space to have the whole family enjoy our time together. It had been touch and go as to whether the recent bushfires would put a stop to our stay. The communication with the Book High Country team, was exceptional.
