"What mostly started well turned sour. First it was the lack of generator when the power went out during a winter storm. Then it was the owners continuously checking on us. Now the owners are filing an inflated claim for cosmetic wear and tear (light scratches that would occur on a brushed black stair case that can easily be sprayed with thin coat of paint or poly). "

"Staff were kind. Room was clean but definitely outdated. The upholstered recliner in the corner only grossed me out. It’s a safe and clean place to stay in the area at an affordable price. "

"The cabin was a great fit for our big family group. The kitchen had great supplies for our cooking needs. Property was beautiful. "

"Excellent stay! Very clean and spacious. A little further away from Crystal Mountain than expected but still looking forward to booking again. Nicely equipped with extra bedding and plenty of towels and toiletry items. Crockpot included and well stocked dishes and kitchen utensils. Game room and loft area for kids were a hit! The host was very responsive. We will be back! "
