「From the moment we arrived the service was amazing. The attention to detail and accommodation is superb. The price is well worth what you get here. The only learning curve here is learning how to get to certain amenities, like the gym and pool took different elevators. Other than that everything was smooth, we appreciated the housekeepers as well, they are thorough and thoughtful when cleaning the room. A stand out for me was Martha, she knows hospitality and made sure we were taken care of when...

「Great stay. Welcoming staff, comfortable room, and a relaxing base in Puerto Vallarta. Would stay again.」

「The rooms were really clean, the personal service as well pretty cool, I didn't use the restaurant from there but the menu looks good, and from those people who wants or need to cook something and want to save money from eating outside you can use the kitchen it does have all the stuff you need. The only minor issue is the wifi the signal was bad but everything else was excellent. I would come back there again for sure if i take again my vacations here in PVR.」

「Very modern and spacious rooms. Staff were very helpful. Rooftop pool area could be better, but overall pleased with the stay.」
