泊まって気分が悪かった。
まあ悪くはないが、これと言って良くもない。周りには何もなく旅行を楽しむのには不便だった。夕食時のビュッフェでコーヒーはないのかと聞いたら下から持ってくるとのことだったので、ウェイトレスにビュッフェ料金に含まれてるのか確認した上で頼んだのにレストランを出る時に請求されてしまった。もう二度と泊まる気はない。

Ehh, ok but not great. Pool area is below average and noise in room was terrible due to constant noise from nearby train hub. Outside sitting area is nice but rooms are very small.

So far at all nyaman, hanya room terasa agak pengap, jika anda penderita asma ato yg sensitif dg kondisi suh dan udara, akan terasa. Kemudian pada checkin/checkout rule tertulis "checkin 24 hour" ternyata bebetapa kali saya menginap di sana, receptionis selalu bilang tidak bisa early checkin, checkin paling cepat jam 14.00, sehingga beberapa kali saya selalu menunggu minimal 1 jam lebih hanya untuk bisa checkin. Pernah sebelum booking, sesekali saya by phone coba tanya soal early checkin yg katanya bisa 24 jam, info dari mrk adalah kita bisa early checkin tapi dikenakan charge 50% dari rate yg dibooking.....

Sebagai informasi, memang Front Desk kami bekerja 24 jam, dan memang betul cek-in dan cek out dapat dilakukan kapan saja selama waktu tersebut, karena tujuannya adalah mengindikasikan ketersediaan layanan hotel, kapanpun tamu membutuhkan. Akan tetapi, agar tidak rancu mohon dapatnya dipahami, bahwa hal ini berbeda kaitannya dengan perhitungan dalam tarif permalam, atau tarif berdasarkan "jumlah hari tamu menginap". Waktu lazim untuk check-in adalah mulai pukul 2 siang, dan waktu cek-out adalah pukul 12 siang pada keesokan harinya, ini disebut dan terhitung sebagai 1 malam. Oleh karenanya, ada istilah early check-in (cek-in lebih awal), dan late check-out (cek out lebih lambat), hal tersebut merujuk kepada waktu-waktu diluar aturan jam yang telah ditentukan. Pada kondisi ideal, Manajemen akan menagihkan tarif tambahan untuk cek-in awal dan cek-out lambat. Pada kondisi lain, misalkan ada promosi tertentu, Manajemen memberikan bonus bebas biaya untuk cek-out lambat. Demikian aturan cek-in dan cek-out yang lazim dilakukan di Hotel pada umumnya, semoga informasi kami dapat diterima. Sebagai informasi tambahan, ada juga Hotel yang berfungsi sebagai Hotel transit (misal lokasi dekat Airport), yang memberlakukan tarif berdasarkan jam-jam-an. Slow service. Took 2 hours to issue us the keys to the room. Mix up the keys and given us the keys that have guest in the room.

Deeply upset for room service...
Disappointed with the room service, only clean and arrange room the first two days, for the test 4 days , never clean the toilet and no provide new shampoo and soap, bad feeling anyway...

Short stay
Needed somewhere to stay near Kalibata. Fast check in, room was clean and comfortable. Room lighting was bit complicated, some switches not intuitive. Lots of parking space. Located next to Duren Kalibata Train station, but the noise was minimal.

Bad system management
I used the hotel laundry services since i have deposited at FO. However my laundry was not sent to my room since the employee said that i need to pay cash for the laundry. I refused to pay since i have deposited an acceptable amount for the laundry service. Bad system communication in between department that needs a lot of improvement.

Very nice hotel, has been an excellent stay
Check-In was very quick, very helpful staff. Got a nice room on 15th floor with a nice view upon Jakarta city. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and TV. No reason to complain about anything. the breakfast buffet is amazing with a lot of choices.

Nice hotel but...
Hotel is overall good but there is still room for improvement. If you'd like to enjoy a quite environment this hotel definitely is not of your choice (too noisy neighborhood); pool is fine, however, the ladder was very loose - every time when I was going in I was afraid that it'll break; no idea why WiFi speed was bad in evenings, breakfast is not included - you have to pay additional IDR150,000; drinks are complimentary which is good, however they are added everyday (except water). Good points: friendly and helpful staff, rooms are clean, availability of gym and pool.
