Mercure BSD City, Hot food not served!
Hotel is nice, good parking and friendly helpful staff. However, breakfast was poor, most of the food was tasteless, cheap and the dishes that were supposed to be served hot were always stone cold. The other issue is towels; although clean, they are old and worn. Definitely not the standard expected.

Did not have towels. Asked Concierge. Still Did not, had to use bath robes as towels. Somewhat deceiving.....shampoo and bath soap is the same. And it doesn't seem of good quality. Doesn't lather well. Had no hair dryer. Told the concierge. Still had no hair dryer throughout my stay. Undertrained staff at breakfast buffet, though they are polite. Asked for knife and fork, never arrived. My coffee didn't arrive either.

Some room for improvement
New hotel in area under construction. Asked for a king bed when checking in. This wad not available which can happen, so I would get 2 single beds. The receptionis wad having a cold and onviously spreading his bacteries. Once coming into the room; I see it had a King bed, so the receptionist obviously was not aware what he was talking about. Went for a beer. Bintang, sold out. Then a Heineken, also sold out. Sorry, we only heft some draft beet left. The room was new and nice, only the button of the bathroom light was not working, so they stayed on the whole night. Obviously some room for improvement

This is a very good quality hotel in terms of layout and room amenities. The foyer is really nice, modern, and neatly laid out. The breakfast and dining area is especially well designed with interesting foliage, lines, levels, and cool features. Take a moment to look at how they have created an outdoor atmosphere inside. It’s quite interesting and different. One thing that struck me is that if you are sensitive to road noise, ask for a room facing south. For a really modern hotel, a much better job of noise isolation could have been made. Noisy motorcycles are easily heard which is a drag considering all the other good features of this hotel. There is a mall across the street, but it is an isolated area. So make sure it is in the area you want to go to. Still, it’s on the edge of a motorway network so traffic flow in and out was easy compared to downtown congestion. Arriving late at night it took about 55 minutes from CGK.

I was expecting a business hotel with a small room but it turned out to be a luxurious room with a sofa and huge bathroom! Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all friendly and polite. The food at the restaurant was good, but the waiting time is fairly long. Overall an excellent stay.

It’s a Mercure but feel like stay in Grand Mercure
love staying in here, it is a brand new hotel, so everything feel like new. Room size is good (30m2) and come with a sofa. Main Reason staying here because it is close to Mozia (3km). Due to holiday Christmas season, hotel was fully booked and parking space is limited, thus some cars were parked on street.
